Sub.Lt Gerardus GREVE

Good evening,
I'm looking for any information about Dutch pilot Sub.Lt Gerardus GREVE serving in FAA. Mainly when he was aboard HMS EMPEROR (with 800 Sqn) in 1944.
I would like to know, among other things, if someone knows the serial number of the aircraft (Martlet) he ditched with (near Avignon) in august 21st 1944 during Dragoon-Anvil operation.
If you have any picture of this pilot or any information about him I will be very pleased.
