Assigned to the 363rd TRW. To MASDC Jan 20, 1965. To Douglas AF Plant 3, Tulsa, OK Feb 5, 1969 and converted to EB-66E and returned to service. Transferred to the 39th TEWS/36th TFW, 1972.
Transferred to the 52nd TFW. Transferred to the 42nd TEWS/388th TFW, 1974. Scrapped at Clark AB. (Source: Joe Baugher †).
